Top 3 Promising stocks to watch - NEE, IFF, NI

 1. Nextera Energy (NEE)

NEE

Nextera Energy is a solar and wind-focused utility company that drew attention last month when our market cap exceeded the market cap of oil and gas giant XOM (Exxon Mobil Corp.). Exxon's market capitalization was ahead of us again, but nevertheless, oil prices and stocks of oil producers fell during the pandemic, and as interest in renewable energy increased, large amounts of money were being directed towards renewable energy companies. We have a particularly high score among ESG investors when compared to other utility companies. This is one driving force behind our share gains through next year. The winners in the new normal market, which we will face after the pandemic in the future, will be companies with a very sustainable business model as well as ESG friendly.

2. International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF)

IFF

International Flavors & Fragrances is a specialty chemical company that produces flavors and fragrances used in food, beverages, perfumes and other products. International Flavors' sales maintained relatively well during the pandemic. We have a global market share of around 25% in the $20 billion fragrance and fragrance industry. Revenues are expected to expand over the next few years due to improved product joint synergies resulting from the recent merger with DuPont's nutrition and life sciences business. International Flavors also pays a dividend of around 2.8% market price.

3. Nisource (NI)

NI

NiSource is a fully regulated utility company with approximately 4 million natural gas and electricity customers. Given its highly regulated business model and stable interest rate outlook, NiSource is likely to offer investors a rare long-term return. We expect to invest approximately $2 billion annually in our business over the next five years, including between $1.8 billion and $2 billion of wind energy. NiSource pays a 3.6% dividend and expects a 7% annual dividend growth over the next few years.
